. Application for School Leaving Certificate should be submitted atleast 15 days in advance by the parents/guardians of the students seeking withdrawal.

2. School fees and other charges are charged upto the end of the quarter before issuing School Leaving Certificate.

3. A pupil who has left the school is re-admitted only after he/she has cleared the entrance test.

4. The following categories of pupils may be expelled:

     a. Students who fail to show satisfactory progress & are unable/unwilling to benefit from the educational programmes of the school.

     b. Those who fail to pay fee for 2 consecutive quarters.

     c. Students whose behavior and conduct is offensive to the interest of the school/society at large.

5. The amount of security deposited at the time of admission should be claimed with in six months of leaving the school, otherwise it will stand forfeited.

6. School Leaving Certificate and Progress Report shall not be issued until all dues are paid.
